 | About UsIndia Against Corruption (IAC) is a citizen's movement to demand strong anti-corruption laws. Lokpal bills were introduced several times since 1968, yet they were never passed by the Indian Parliament. After a fast by veteran social activist Anna Hazare and widespread protests by citizens across India the Government of India constituted a 10-member Joint Committee of ministers and civil society activists to draft an effective Jan Lokpal Bill. The primary focus of IAC movement is to ensure a strong Lokpal bill. IAC Jaipur In an unprecendeted manner, this movement spread across the country. People from allover country came across streets with tricolors in their hands in support of Anna Hazare. Jaipur too contributed with all its strength. For the first time we Indians felt that we can change the system. Anna acted as the catalyst to boost our motivation. This is long battle to change the existing system, Janlokpal being the first milestone to be achieved.
For the independence thousand have sacrificed their lives. We wont let their sacrifice go in vain. Lets do our best for a better future, for our children.
IAC is not any organization, rather its people movement for their own rights. We all need to come together and take some responsibility to take it forward.
